There can be possible delays during high volume sale periods. Our team is working diligently to process your return as soon as possible and truly appreciate your patience. 

Dear customer, we value your support and satisfaction. Therefore, we will only accept returns and give you a refund if the product you are returning meets the following conditions:
- For clothing, the item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached.
- The item has no marks, smells or stains (including makeup, spray tan and perfume)
- The item is returned to us within 30 days from the delivery date.

On-sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they are defective. 

However, all shipping costs will need to be covered by the customer UNLESS the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team (item upon arrival was damaged, wet, etc.). Please know that in order for you to return the item and have the shipping cost covered, you will need to receive an email confirmation from that deems the item faulty. 
Your satisfaction is important to us so we package every order with absolute care and love to make sure that they are in optimal condition. However, under the unlikely case that the item is faulty, we will happily provide you with a full refund provided:
You notify us within 7 days from delivery date providing a description of the fault in your items along with pictures as proof via email to and your claim of the faults will have to be reviewed and approved by our team.
Please again note that in order for us to be able to accept your return, it must meet the conditions of the return policy above.
Once your refund has been approved by our team and a notification has been sent to you, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, so please be patient. If your refund takes longer than this, please contact us so we can investigate the cause of the delay. We want every customer to be 100% happy with their purchase.

In the event that an item is faulty, we will be able to cover the return shipping cost. Simply email a photo of postage receipt to our team for a reimbursement.
